Health Care Assistant – Dunedin
Location: Hybrid – work from home or any of our locations, e.g. Waikato, Athenree or Dunedin
South Care Rest Home and Hospital in North Dunedin is seeking a caring, reliable Health Care Assistant to support our residents with their daily living needs. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility to work from home or from one of our sites, with occasional travel to other locations as required.
About you
- Experience supporting older people or vulnerable adults, ideally in aged residential care
- A caring, patient and respectful manner
- Flexibility to work rostered shifts, including weekends
- Good understanding of resident rights, dignity and privacy
- Legal right to work in New Zealand
